Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment and selection processes for field and support positions, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Maintain clear, timely communication and coordination between internal divisions (HR, Operations, Finance) and external clients or partners.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to operational areas throughout Kalimantan to monitor performance, verify compliance, and gather frontline feedback.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve operational challenges in the field, applying strong problem‑solving skills to minimise downtime.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and weekly reports to senior management, highlighting recruitment progress, operational metrics, and any escalated issues.
- Collaborate with the training team to onboard new hires efficiently and ensure they meet performance standards quickly.
- Support the development of recruitment strategies, including employer branding initiatives and outreach programs targeting local talent pools.
- Assist in the planning and execution of area‑specific projects, providing logistical support and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment speed, placement quality, and operational uptime, and propose improvements where necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related operational role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Kalimantan area for field visits and monitoring activities.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and operational goals.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of making quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, Microsoft Office suite, and basic data‑reporting platforms.
- Team‑player attitude with a collaborative spirit, yet able to work independently when required.
