Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Agent Penagihan Kunjungan (Collection) to join our team in Labuhan Batu. The role is a key part of Indihome’s customer relationship strategy, focusing on on‑site visits to ensure timely payments and clear communication of service usage. As a member of the Customer Technical Branch (CTB), you will act as the face of the company, building trust with residential and small‑business customers while supporting the company’s revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Receive monthly customer lists from the central CTB system and plan visitation routes efficiently.
- Register each assignment in the My Vista mobile application, updating status in real time.
- Travel to customer locations using a personal motorcycle, adhering to scheduled appointment times.
- Explain Indihome service usage, billing cycles, and payment options in a clear, courteous manner.
- Collect outstanding payments on site, issue receipts, and record transactions accurately in the system.
- Identify potential service upgrades or cross‑selling opportunities and forward leads to the sales team.
- Provide product education and answer technical or billing questions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, highlighting collection performance, customer feedback, and any obstacles encountered.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on Indihome policies, new product features, and best practices in customer communication.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company values of honesty, responsibility, and customer focus during all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Strong interpersonal and public communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respectfully.
- Proficiency in using Android devices and basic office applications.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle license).
- Attention to detail, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow written instructions precisely.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or field sales is a plus but not required.
