This role focuses on generating and processing orders for a wide range of stationery products, building lasting relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the organization. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential retail and corporate customers to promote our stationery portfolio.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all specifications, quantities, and delivery dates are clearly documented.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including new launches, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
- Negotiate terms, discounts, and payment conditions while protecting the company’s margin objectives.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee timely and error‑free deliveries.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecast future demand, and analyze sales trends to advise management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up post‑delivery to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights from the field and contributing ideas for market expansion.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand image during all client interactions.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws while using a personal vehicle for visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the stationery or office‑supplies sector.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and own reliable transportation.
- Strong negotiation, marketing, and sales administration skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
- Capability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to be based at the Banjarmisin branch and travel locally as required.
