We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Program Magang Quality Control to join our fast‑growing fashion and daily‑apparel team. The ideal candidate is a proactive female graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent) with a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Control team in inspecting incoming fabrics, trims, and finished garments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support live‑streaming sessions as a host, presenting new collections, answering viewer questions, and showcasing product features.
- Document inspection results, flag non‑conformities, and collaborate with production to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in the store management system and assist in generating daily quality reports.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings with design, merchandising, and logistics to align on quality expectations.
- Contribute creative ideas for improving inspection workflows, reducing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the brand’s image by demonstrating good manners, professional attitude, and cultural tolerance during all interactions.
- Adhere to the established work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and ensure punctual attendance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a similar quality control or live‑hosting role.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and daily apparel trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, responsibility, creativity, and perseverance.
- Strong tolerance and respect for diversity in a multicultural workplace.
- Basic proficiency with store management and inventory systems.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
