Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Kepala Gudang Toko Online to lead the warehouse operations of a fast‑growing e‑commerce platform. The role is pivotal in ensuring that our online storefronts receive accurate inventory, that orders are packed and shipped on time, and that the entire supply‑chain flow aligns with our high‑service‑level expectations. The successful candidate will work in a high‑tempo environment, collaborating closely with marketplace managers, logistics partners, and the broader operations team.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Supervise inbound activities (receiving, quality inspection, put‑away) and outbound processes (order picking, packing, dispatch) to guarantee efficiency and compliance with SOPs.
- Workflow Design: Create and continuously improve warehouse layout, slotting strategies, and task allocation for a team of pickers, packers, and inventory clerks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain real‑time stock accuracy across multiple sales channels by using systems such as Marketplace, BigSeller, Jubelio, Komplace, iSeller, Dealpos, SmartSeller, Desty, and Accurate.
- Cycle Counting & Stock Opname: Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and produce monthly stock reports for finance and merchandising.
- Packaging & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products are packaged safely, meeting brand standards and preventing damage during transit.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with courier partners and marketplace fulfillment teams to monitor SLA adherence, resolve delivery exceptions, and optimize shipping costs.
- Data‑Driven Improvement: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order lead time, pick accuracy, and inventory turnover; propose and implement corrective actions.
- Team Development: Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to build a high‑performing warehouse crew capable of meeting peak‑season demand.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No strict upper limit; however, candidates should be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Gender: Open to all.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years in a managerial warehouse position, preferably within the e‑commerce sector.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and major marketplace integrations.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent time‑management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and clear, assertive communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict targets, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Technical skills: inventory control, stock reconciliation, process optimization, and familiarity with logistics KPIs.
