Introduction
PT Wings Sragen is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our warehouse team on an immediate basis. Responsibilities
- Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols of the warehouse premises, including loading docks, storage areas, and perimeter fences.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarm devices, promptly reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches to management.
- Control access to the facility by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted zones.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to detect any prohibited items or potential safety hazards.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover documentation.
- Enforce company policies on safety, dress code, and conduct, providing guidance and corrective action when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions on first aid, fire safety, and advanced security procedures to stay current with industry best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of security upgrades, such as new access control systems or enhanced lighting, by providing on‑site feedback.
- Support the overall security team in special projects, risk assessments, and periodic audits of the warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current operational guidelines.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse or industrial security.
- Active KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) and valid Gada Pratama certification.
- Minimum height of 168 cm to meet the physical requirements of the role.
- Strong patrolling skills, with the ability to remain alert and decisive during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work a six‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout an eight‑hour shift.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a professional demeanor at all times.
