Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport packages on a personal motorcycle, ensuring items are protected against damage during transit.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge to meet delivery windows while avoiding traffic congestion.
- Review each order before departure and conduct post‑delivery checks to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from the motorcycle, applying proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain a detailed delivery log, recording timestamps, client signatures, and any exceptions encountered on the route.
- Report daily activity to the operations team via the company’s mobile app, highlighting delays, customer feedback, or vehicle issues.
- Perform routine motorcycle maintenance checks (fuel, tire pressure, brakes) to ensure the vehicle remains in prime condition.
- Provide courteous, face‑to‑face interaction with customers, answering basic inquiries and representing the company’s brand positively.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate pick‑up schedules and resolve any discrepancies in order contents.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, wearing required protective gear at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 45 years.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle with valid registration and insurance.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM for the company’s delivery application.
- Valid Surat Keterangan Domisili matching the assigned delivery zone.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of parcels throughout the workday.
- Commitment to a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00.
