Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Supervisor to join our fast‑growing logistics and manufacturing hub. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, orderly, and compliant environment across our facilities, which operate 24/7 to support regional supply‑chain demands. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, physically fit male professional (maximum 35 years of age) with at least one year of hands‑on security experience in a corporate, warehouse, or industrial setting. Strong communication skills, a clean criminal record, and the ability to lead a shift‑based team are mandatory. Candidates holding a Gada Pratama security certification and basic self‑defence training will be given priority.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations across multiple shift patterns, ensuring continuous coverage from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including production floors, storage areas, and perimeter fences, to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Coordinate and lead a team of security officers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing on‑the‑spot coaching.
- Maintain and update incident logs, daily reports, and security dashboards for senior management review.
- Implement and enforce company security policies, emergency response procedures, and access‑control protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches, and liaise with local law enforcement and fire services when necessary.
- Conduct regular safety briefings, including timely congregational prayers and Islamic study sessions, to promote a cohesive and disciplined workplace culture.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of fire‑extinguishing equipment, CCTV systems, and other security technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to security SOPs based on observed trends and risk assessments.
- Ensure all team members adhere to grooming standards—no tattoos, piercings, or smoking—and present a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Active Gada Pratama (Satpam) certification is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven security experience, preferably in a corporate, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Physically and mentally healthy with no history of serious illness.
- Current, clean SKCK (police clearance) with no criminal record.
- Height of at least 168 cm and proportionate weight; clean, neat appearance.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to varying operational demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork orientation.
- Non‑smoker; no tattoos or body piercings.
- Basic self‑defence or martial‑arts skills are a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with fire‑extinguishing equipment, community interaction, and basic rescue techniques.
