Introduction
Adira Finance Indonesia (Adira HI) is a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, providing consumer financing solutions across the country. Our Cabang Majalengka branch is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Collector to join our dynamic collections team. This role is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow, protecting the company’s assets, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers throughout the repayment journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full cycle of overdue account collections (A/R Overdue) in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate outbound calls, send reminders, and conduct field visits to delinquent borrowers, ensuring adherence to the collection schedule.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructuring options while aligning with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the collection management system, documenting all customer interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the credit, legal, and customer service departments to resolve disputes and facilitate smooth handovers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates for senior management.
- Identify early warning signals of potential defaults and propose preventive actions to the credit risk team.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and negotiation techniques.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all customer dealings.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 (any major) is preferred.
- Age: Maximum 29 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0‑1 year of experience in collections or related finance roles; 1+ year in a similar position is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport.
- Core attributes: integrity, resilience, attention to detail, honesty, and a persistent work ethic.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, collection software) and comfortable handling data entry.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
