Introduction
We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer – Ahli Desain Visual to join our dynamic creative team. This role is focused on the beauty and skincare industry, where you will bring fresh visual concepts to life for a range of digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of contemporary design trends, especially within cosmetics and personal care.
The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. While we value a healthy work‑life balance, occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet critical launch deadlines or campaign roll‑outs.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual assets for product packaging, social media, website banners, email newsletters, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and brand managers to translate campaign objectives into clear, on‑brand designs.
- Create and edit short‑form video content using tools such as VN, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere to showcase product tutorials, brand stories, and user‑generated content.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media channels, ensuring each post is optimized for engagement and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing individual work and team collaboration while meeting strict deadlines.
- Conduct market research on emerging skincare and cosmetic trends to keep the visual language fresh and competitive.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare print‑ready files for production, coordinate with external vendors, and oversee quality control of final deliverables.
- Adapt designs for mobile‑first experiences, ensuring responsiveness across devices and platforms.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proven experience or strong familiarity with the skincare and cosmetics industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills using VN, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, meeting tight deadlines.
- Resilience under pressure; willingness to work overtime or handle urgent requests when needed.
- Experience managing social media accounts and optimizing content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- High level of creativity, proactive mindset, and flexibility to travel or attend on‑site shoots.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
