Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and recommend specials or pairing suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, while monitoring quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for any service-related issues.
- Process payments efficiently, manage cash registers, and prepare accurate end‑of‑day reports.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, performing regular checks and participating in routine sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to foster a cooperative work environment, supporting peak‑time service and special events.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs, contributing to the restaurant’s revenue goals.
- Participate in staff training sessions, share best practices, and stay updated on industry trends to continuously elevate the guest experience.
Requirements
- Female, maximum age of 24 years, and unmarried.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Residency in Kepanjen or surrounding areas is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated friendliness, honesty, and quick responsiveness in a service setting.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is highly desirable, though motivated newcomers may also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a clear and courteous speaking style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including a schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays or supplies as needed.
- Strong teamwork orientation and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
