Responsibilities

  • Actively market vehicle financing products through direct visits, telephone outreach, and digital channels.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with dealers, automotive showrooms, and other distribution partners.
  • Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess financing needs, creditworthiness, and satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare and present customized financing proposals, explaining terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and credit assessment teams to expedite approval processes.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including payment reminders, loan restructuring options, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements, market trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Report performance metrics and market feedback to senior management, recommending strategic adjustments when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline); candidates with relevant certifications in finance or sales are a plus.
  • Age: maximum 30 years; open to recent graduates as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or related financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with customers and partners.
  • Demonstrated integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty in all professional dealings.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional travel within the Riau region.
