Introduction

This role is pivotal in driving revenue optimization, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the high standards that define the Accor brand worldwide. The position is based in a vibrant property that operates six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, with hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is essential as we strive to deliver consistent service excellence 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend pricing adjustments aligned with Accor’s revenue management policies.
- Collaborate with the front‑office, sales, marketing, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue strategies and optimal room inventory management.
- Maintain and improve service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across all guest‑facing areas, adhering strictly to Accor standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and operational challenges with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for guest delight.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and market share.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of promotional campaigns, special events, and group bookings with overall revenue goals.
- Support the implementation of Accor’s sustainability and ESG initiatives by integrating cost‑effective practices into daily operations.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings, contributing insights that drive strategic decision‑making and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in revenue analysis, hotel operations, or a similar supervisory role; hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate forecasts, and present actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, guest‑oriented mindset, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Proven leadership capabilities for managing teams, conducting training, and driving performance improvement.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a shift‑based environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency with revenue management systems, Excel, and basic data visualization tools.
