Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Spesialis Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Keuangan to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance with tax regulations, and delivering timely reports that support strategic decision‑making. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced outlet environment, collaborating closely with store managers and senior accountants to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Manage tax filings, including PPh, PPN, and other statutory obligations, ensuring deadlines are met and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Maintain the general ledger, perform month‑end and year‑end closing procedures, and reconcile bank statements and subsidiary accounts.
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and improve the accuracy of financial data.
- Generate detailed financial reports for outlet performance, budgeting, and forecasting to support operational managers.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit cycles, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilize MS Office, especially Excel, to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and financial models that aid in analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements, cost analysis, and variance explanations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on accounting procedures, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- Act as a liaison between the outlet and corporate finance, ensuring consistent application of policies across locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting; D3 graduates are also considered if they have relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting, finance, or tax reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Possession of a valid Brevet (professional certification) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to be placed at an outlet location; flexibility to travel between outlets if required.
- Maximum age of 28 years, though exceptional candidates may be considered.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
