Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive automotive curricula that align with national standards and industry best practices.
- Lead hands‑on laboratory sessions, workshops, and field trips, ensuring students gain real‑world experience with modern vehicle systems.
- Mentor and coach students, providing individualized feedback to foster technical competence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with automotive manufacturers and service centers to secure guest lectures, internships, and equipment donations.
- Assess student performance through exams, project evaluations, and practical assessments, maintaining accurate academic records.
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies such as electric vehicles, hybrid systems, and advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, updating course materials to reflect new regulations, safety standards, and technological advances.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review panels, and professional development workshops.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students, regardless of gender or background.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a degree in Linear Studies is preferred.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Demonstrated creativity in teaching methods and curriculum design.
- Strong integrity and a genuine passion for education and the automotive sector.
- At least 0 years of relevant industry experience; candidates with practical workshop or dealership background are highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English proficiency.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend events or industry exhibitions.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, simulation software, and basic automotive diagnostic equipment.
