Responsibilities

- Recommend appropriate hair care products and maintenance routines, encouraging upsells and repeat visits.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment meet health‑safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of shampoos, conditioners, dyes, and styling products, notifying management when supplies run low.
- Stay current with industry developments by attending workshops, webinars, and trade shows, and share knowledge with teammates.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, handle walk‑in clients, and provide timely service without compromising quality.
- Document client service details in the salon’s digital system for future reference and follow‑up.
- Participate in promotional events, photo shoots, and social media content creation to showcase salon work.
- Uphold the salon’s brand values of honesty, discipline, and responsibility in every client interaction.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (as per client preferences and salon policy).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years.
- Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in hair styling is highly preferred, but candidates with no experience will receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Basic knowledge of hair anatomy, coloring techniques, and styling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Passion for the art of hair design and a willingness to continuously improve skills.
