Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and input credit application data into the company’s financial management system.
- Maintain and regularly update the master database of client financial information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist senior analysts in preparing credit risk reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of applicants’ creditworthiness using standard scoring models and financial statements.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather missing documentation and resolve data discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding credit limits, repayment schedules, and flag overdue accounts for follow‑up.
- Support the preparation of internal and external audit documents related to credit and financial data.
- Provide timely responses to internal queries and external stakeholder requests regarding credit status.
- Participate in regular team meetings, share insights, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet daily and weekly targets while adhering to the work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma). A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
