Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Sales Specialist – Business Development to join our growing team in the Greater Jakarta area. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence within the construction and building‑materials sector, driving new customer acquisition, and fostering long‑term relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate is a motivated male professional, under 35 years of age, with a minimum of two years of proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers in line with the company’s sales targets and geographic focus (Jakarta Barat and Narogong).
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and tailored proposals to potential and existing clients.
  • Analyze customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activities to devise effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle to successful closure.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecast updates, and activity logs to management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—marketing, logistics, and product development—to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C for client visits, territory coverage, and timely follow‑up.

Requirements

  • Male, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the construction, building‑materials, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and present information with professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed targets.
  • Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and hold an active SIM C license.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
