Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) – Fashion Department Store to join our dynamic retail team in the Tangerang‑Karawaci area. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their style preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring fitting rooms are tidy.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively promoting featured collections, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register, handle returns and exchanges, and issue receipts in accordance with store policy.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including daily turnover, best‑selling items, and inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to set up window displays and in‑store promotional zones that attract foot traffic.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints with professionalism, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in regular product knowledge training, fashion trend briefings, and sales technique workshops.
- Adhere to the store’s dress code: presentable, no glasses, and no hijab, with a minimum height of 158 cm.
- Work flexibly within the established schedule (10:00 – 17:00) and be prepared for occasional weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; must reside in Tangerang, Karawaci or surrounding areas.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age of 25 years; height of at least 158 cm.
- At least one year of experience as a fashion SPG or cashier, with proven ability to generate sales reports and communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident presentation, and the ability to work under a target‑driven system.
- Quick, agile, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preference given to candidates with prior experience in fashion department store environments.
- Ability to maintain a polished appearance without glasses or hijab, in line with store policy.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
