As a critical member of our sales force, you will collaborate closely with local property managers, neighborhood committees (RT/RW), and our marketing team to ensure our service penetrates every household in your assigned territory. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and negotiate partnership agreements with property owners, residential complexes, and community leaders to expand home‑pass coverage.
- Conduct on‑site marketing activities, including the setup of banners, T‑banners, spanduk, umbul‑umbul, free hotspot stations, and special promotional events to raise brand awareness.
- Execute territory‑specific sales plans aimed at increasing new customer acquisition while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Monitor and reduce service termination rates by addressing customer concerns promptly and providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product features, pricing models, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure smooth installation and activation processes for new customers.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related product categories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, customer‑friendly manner.
- Professional appearance and strong personal branding.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field, including frequent travel within the Tasikmalaya region.
- Proficiency with basic office tools and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess market potential and identify growth opportunities.
