Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every visitor and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Bolde Store’s brand values.
- Provide clear and accurate information about new arrivals, promotional items, and store policies, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist shoppers in locating products, answering product‑related inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain orderly shelves and displays by restocking merchandise, arranging visual presentations, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting.
- Conduct regular stock checks, identify low‑stock items, and prepare concise reports for the store manager to support inventory planning.
- Collaborate with senior crew members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving turnover.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications to process transactions and record sales data.
- Participate in periodic stock‑taking (stock opname) activities, verifying product counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work towards sales targets and improve store revenue.
- Basic proficiency in using computers, POS systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward learning and task completion.
- Internship status only; this position does not offer a permanent contract.
