Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) for Alcoholic Beverages to join our fast‑growing sales team. This full‑time position is based in Indonesia and operates on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, with evening hours from 17:00 to 01:00. The successful candidate will serve as the face of our premium beverage portfolio, engaging directly with consumers, retailers, and venue owners to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at bars, restaurants, clubs, and retail outlets, delivering product knowledge and brand storytelling to consumers.
- Conduct product sampling, tastings, and promotional events while ensuring responsible alcohol service compliance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross‑selling of complementary products.
- Maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor, perform visual merchandising, and ensure display materials are clean and well‑presented.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer feedback, and report findings to the sales manager.
- Process orders, issue invoices, and follow up on payments, ensuring accurate record‑keeping in the company’s CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
- Adhere strictly to all legal regulations regarding the sale and promotion of alcoholic beverages, including age verification procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, promotional tactics, and responsible drinking initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 21 – 32 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified for this role).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably in the alcoholic beverage sector.
- Proportional body measurements (BB and TB) and a professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Highly active, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently during evening shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse customer groups and handle objections effectively.
- Ability to meet sales targets, manage time efficiently, and maintain detailed activity logs.
