Responsibilities

- Continuously improve on‑air performance by reviewing feedback, monitoring audience metrics, and implementing creative enhancements during broadcasts.

- Analyze post‑stream data, including view counts, engagement rates, and audience demographics, to generate actionable reports for the marketing and production teams.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and technical staff to ensure smooth production flow and high‑quality video/audio output.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera demeanor, adhering to company guidelines while showcasing personal charisma and authenticity.
- Stay updated on emerging streaming trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to keep the channel competitive.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a live‑stream host or similar on‑camera role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage audiences, build rapport, and manage live interactions with confidence.
- Familiarity with major streaming platforms (Bigo, Mico, Nimo TV, TikTok, etc.) and basic knowledge of platform tools and analytics.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to match peak audience times.
- Professional appearance suitable for on‑camera work; must be willing to appear without a hijab as per role specifications.
- Creative mindset with an eye for content planning, storytelling, and spontaneous improvisation.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
