The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our marketing initiatives and the end‑consumer, turning leads generated through advertising into satisfied homeowners. You will work closely with both the field sales team and internal support functions to ensure a seamless buying experience from the first inquiry to the final deed signing.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market subsidised housing units to qualified prospects, showcasing the benefits of living in a secure, well‑planned community.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, providing detailed information and scheduling site visits.
- Educate potential buyers on the government‑backed KPR (mortgage) subsidised schemes, outlining eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Accompany clients throughout the entire purchase journey, from initial site surveys to contract signing (akad), ensuring all procedural steps are clearly explained.
- Assist customers in gathering, verifying, and submitting required documentation for KPR applications, coordinating with banks and internal finance teams.
- Maintain a personal sales pipeline, track progress against monthly and quarterly targets, and report results to senior management.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects, providing after‑sales support and encouraging referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools to log activities, update client records, and generate performance reports.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and a professional appearance.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self‑motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Own reliable transportation and an Android smartphone for field activities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software.
- Willingness to work both in‑house (office) and on‑site (field) from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
