Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Penagihan) to join our team at the Adira Branch Office in Kwandang. This role is pivotal in managing the accounts receivable (A/R) overdue process for our multifinance portfolio, ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate unwavering integrity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the entire A/R overdue cycle, ensuring all delinquent accounts are addressed promptly.
- Conduct daily follow‑ups with clients via phone, email, and in‑person visits to secure payment commitments.
- Analyze credit data and payment histories to identify risk patterns and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit regular collection reports, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rates, aging of receivables, and forecasted cash flow.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to verify the validity of disputed accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Negotiate repayment plans, restructurings, or settlements that align with company policy while protecting profitability.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and traceable.
- Collaborate with legal counsel when escalation to formal recovery procedures is required.
- Support internal audit processes by providing evidence of compliance with regulatory and internal collection standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing delinquency rates and enhancing collection efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services (experience is a plus, not a strict prerequisite).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to the local branch location based on domicile.
