Introduction
The SPG/SPB Ekspedisi Wilayah Deli Tua, Kab. Deli Serdang is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our logistics team as Courier Coordination Specialists. This full‑time position is based in the Deli Tua area and offers a structured Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00). You will act as a vital bridge between our growing network of couriers and the operational needs of the company, helping to ensure that delivery services run smoothly while also promoting the attractive benefits of being a SPX courier.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor courier staffing requirements across the assigned placement area.
- Conduct market research to understand local demand and align courier supply with user expectations.
- Communicate the comprehensive benefits package offered to SPX couriers, including earnings potential, flexible routes, and safety incentives.
- Build trust with couriers by clearly presenting the company’s background, values, and commitment to reliable service.
- Drive and achieve sales targets related to courier acquisition and retention.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company dress‑code standards to represent the brand positively.
- Promote the courier position directly to prospective candidates through face‑to‑face outreach, community events, and digital channels.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on courier availability, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to resolve any issues that affect courier performance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on logistics trends, safety regulations, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Entry‑level position – zero years of prior experience required, although experience in sales, administration, or logistics is a plus.
