Introduction

PT. Prima Jaya Trading, a leading distributor of consumer goods in Central Java, is seeking a motivated Staf Administrasi Penjualan to join our dynamic sales support team in Sragen. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and file sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, updating contact information and purchase histories.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any dispatch issues.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and promotional material for existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitor stock levels of fast‑moving items, alerting the inventory team when replenishment is required.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing trends to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding data confidentiality and financial documentation.
  • Provide administrative support during sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA) graduation.
  • Age: 18 – 35 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to work under pressure, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Location: Willingness to be stationed in Sragen City.
