Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Kolektor Lapangan to join our field collection team covering the Madiun, Ngawi, and Ponorogo areas in Jawa Timur. This position plays a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow for our financial services portfolio by ensuring timely repayment of overdue accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, internal finance teams, and regional supervisors to execute daily collection schedules, negotiate payment plans, and safeguard company assets. Responsibilities
- Receive and review the daily visit schedule for assigned territories, confirming routes and prioritizing high‑risk accounts.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers and borrowers, delivering polite yet firm reminders about upcoming or past‑due payments.
- Execute the overdue collection process, including verification of debt details, negotiation of settlement terms, and documentation of all interactions.
- Minimize the volume of over‑due receivables by identifying early warning signs and taking pre‑emptive action.
- Collect cash or electronic payments, issue receipts, and promptly deliver collected funds to the designated company treasury or banking partner.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s collection management system, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Provide regular status reports to the regional collection supervisor, highlighting challenges, success stories, and any required escalations.
- Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to resolve disputes, clarify contract terms, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, data privacy policies, and legal regulations governing debt collection.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on negotiation techniques, regulatory updates, and effective communication strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and the capacity to build trust with customers.
- Basic numeracy and comfort handling cash, as well as familiarity with mobile payment platforms.
- Self‑discipline, punctuality, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling within the assigned area.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
