Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect current promotions and seasonal themes.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and resolve any complaints promptly and courteously.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, generate daily reports, and communicate insights to the store manager for strategic adjustments.
- Supervise and train junior staff on POS systems, store policies, and best practices for customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by overseeing regular cleaning schedules and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and serve Indonesian culinary items when required, leveraging personal cooking expertise to enhance the outlet’s food offering.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, verify received goods, and manage back‑order processing.
- Handle high‑pressure situations such as peak shopping hours, promotional events, and unexpected stock shortages with composure and efficiency.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost‑saving measures, and innovative promotional activities to boost foot traffic.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified).
- Residence: Must live in Bogor city and possess a personal vehicle for commuting and occasional deliveries.
- Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail or outlet operations.
- Technical skill: Familiarity with store management systems (POS, inventory software) and basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a strong plus.
- Personal attributes: Honest, disciplined, well‑presented, agile, quick‑thinking, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
