Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Penempatan Pandaan to join our dynamic team at a leading agricultural plantation located in Pandaan, East Java. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of logistical and financial operations on the farm, supporting both the harvesting process and the broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, exhibit strong organizational skills, and possess a solid foundation in accounting and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Record the usage of materials and inputs in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track daily harvest yields, prepare post‑harvest documentation, and coordinate with field supervisors to ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage the plantation’s petty cash fund, including disbursements, reconciliations, and periodic audits.
- Classify and log cash expenditures by cost center, ensuring alignment with the approved budget structure.
- Prepare and process payroll for field and administrative staff, verifying attendance records and overtime calculations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual budget plans, providing data‑driven insights to support financial decision‑making.
- Maintain organized archives of all operational and financial documents, guaranteeing easy retrieval for audits and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with logistics, production, and HR teams to streamline workflow, resolve discrepancies, and improve overall efficiency.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as cost‑benefit analyses, inventory audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates aged 19‑29 years.
- Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Accounting or related field; D3/D4 preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic macro functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Demonstrated honesty, meticulousness, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to be based full‑time in Pandaan and to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
