Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Develop and present compelling product proposals and quotations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase ERP solutions and related services.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking events, and cold‑calling activities.
  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights on pipeline status and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, technical support, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company’s products effectively.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and continuous learning programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding travel, expense reporting, and use of company vehicles.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 35 years; open to all genders.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing – experience in IT, internet services, or ERP solutions is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards targets, maintain discipline, and adapt to change.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle (mandatory for client visits).
  • Passion for technology, especially ERP platforms, cloud services, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
