Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative – Microfinancing to join our growing team in Pamanukan, Subang. This role focuses on expanding our micro‑finance portfolio by acquiring new customers in the micro‑segment, such as small traders, UMKM owners, fishermen, and other grassroots entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will act as a trusted financial advisor, bringing tailored micro‑loan products, savings solutions, and essential financial education directly to the field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new micro‑segment clients through proactive outreach, cold‑calling, and community networking.
- Present and promote micro‑financing products—including micro‑business loans, savings accounts, and complementary services—using a consultative, face‑to‑face approach.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of prospective borrowers, evaluating creditworthiness, business viability, and repayment capacity.
- Deliver basic financial literacy workshops to prospective and existing customers, ensuring they understand product features, costs, and obligations.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and performance reports for submission to the Supervisor and Branch Manager.
- Collaborate with internal credit‑assessment teams to streamline loan approval processes and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and community events to stay updated on product enhancements and market trends.
- Support the development of local market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and reporting emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within micro‑finance, banking, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport in diverse community settings.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, conduct risk assessments, and make sound recommendations.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.
- Relevant skills: sales promotion management, client relationship building, and basic financial literacy education.
