Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan dan Layanan Pembersihan to join our dynamic facilities team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our operational environment remains spotless, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and clients alike. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and can work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all designated operational areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of facility furnishings, equipment, and storage areas.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations and company waste‑management policies.
- Perform routine floor care such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing, ensuring no slip hazards remain.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, request replenishments, and ensure proper storage.
- Operate and maintain cleaning tools—including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors—safely and efficiently.
- Conduct periodic inspections to verify that cleanliness standards meet or exceed the company’s quality benchmarks.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in deep‑cleaning projects, such as post‑event clean‑ups or seasonal deep sanitization, as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily cleaning schedules and support special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a cleaning service or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, quality control, and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Excellent personal attributes: honesty, diligence, meticulousness, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow written instructions.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads.
- Availability to work the designated schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency in using basic cleaning equipment and willingness to learn new tools.
