Responsibilities
- Procure raw and semi‑finished ingredients, ensuring all purchases meet our strict quality and safety standards.
- Prepare, mix, and shape bakso and mie according to standardized recipes, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Operate kitchen equipment and production machinery safely, including mixers, steamers, fryers, and packaging lines.
- Monitor batch production schedules, adjust quantities as needed, and record output for inventory control.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of workstations and equipment to comply with HACCP and local health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to conduct visual and sensory inspections, documenting any deviations.
- Assist in packaging finished products, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution to local retailers and hotels.
- Participate in shift handovers, clearly communicating any issues, shortages, or equipment concerns to the next crew.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost‑saving measures during regular team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a high school diploma is required.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.

- Either a fresh graduate or at least one year of related experience in food production, kitchen operations, or a similar manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic; ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to cooperate with supervisors, peers, and cross‑functional teams.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet production demands.
- Residence in Labuan Bajo or surrounding areas is strongly preferred to ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Strong communication skills; able to convey information clearly and honestly.
- Reliability in meeting punctual schedules and adhering to safety protocols.
