Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies that align with financial budgeting and cost‑control measures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, payroll data, and benefits enrollment using HRIS and accounting software.
  • Generate regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during periodic audits and provide required documentation promptly.
  • Support recruitment activities by preparing compensation packages, conducting salary benchmarking, and participating in interview panels.
  • Administer day‑to‑day office operations, including invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and purchase order management.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on the use of MS Office tools, especially Excel for budgeting and data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within both finance and HR functions, proposing automation or workflow enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma level); a background in accounting (SMA/K or S1) is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Hands‑on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) is considered a strong plus.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, suitable for interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to meet occasional deadlines.
