Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize cabin equipment, including the Plush cooking appliances, before each flight.
- Conduct thorough cleanliness inspections of the aircraft interior, seats, lavatories, and galley areas.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seat allocation, and luggage handling, providing courteous and helpful service at all times.
- Coordinate with pilots, flight attendants, and ground staff to verify that all safety and operational checklists are completed.
- Maintain inventory of food and beverage supplies, restocking as needed and ensuring compliance with airline standards.
- Report any technical or maintenance issues promptly to the engineering team.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements for international flight operations, including customs and immigration procedures for crew members.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety, hygiene, and customer service best practices.
- Utilize personal transportation to arrive punctually at the designated worksite, ensuring reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 27 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
- Familiarity with Plush cooking equipment or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong discipline, responsibility, and a proactive work ethic.

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus for international operations.
