We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Koordinator Tim Kitchen Operasional to join our fast‑growing food service team. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and that work is distributed evenly.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and cleaning supplies; coordinate with suppliers to place timely orders and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular quality‑control checks on food preparation, presentation, and temperature compliance to meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Train new kitchen staff on proper equipment usage, food safety protocols, and company SOPs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, waste, and daily sales figures, and provide reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the menu development team to test new dishes, gather feedback, and ensure smooth roll‑out of seasonal items.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including proper cleaning schedules, pest control, and emergency procedures.
- Lead the creation of engaging social media content (“ngonten”) that showcases kitchen operations, special promotions, and team achievements.
- Analyze daily turnover and assist in developing strategies to boost sales, including upselling techniques and promotional campaigns.
- Provide a welcoming and comfortable work environment, addressing staff concerns promptly and promoting teamwork.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–24 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the current posting emphasizes female candidates.
- Minimum experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal skills – must be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content for social media platforms.
- High level of motivation and a sincere work ethic (“niat kerja”).
- Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 (with core hours 10:00‑18:00 as required).
