Introduction
PT. Kalimantan Solutions is seeking a motivated Surveyor HI to join our dynamic Credit & Collection team in Muara Teweh, Kalimantan. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers, ensuring timely payment of invoices while supporting the financial health of the organization. The role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear and courteous information to consumers about their payment obligations, helping to prevent outstanding balances.
- Execute the collection process in strict accordance with established SOPs, adhering to designated timelines and payment amounts.
- Track daily collection targets and report progress to the regional manager, ensuring the area’s collection goals are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and payment confirmations within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Credit & Collection department to resolve disputes, clarify billing queries, and negotiate feasible payment plans.
- Conduct field visits when necessary to verify consumer information and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Stay updated on local regulations and industry best practices related to credit, collection, and consumer protection.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly collection reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 from any discipline; technical or business backgrounds are both acceptable.
- Age limit: maximum 28 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in credit, collection, or a related customer‑facing role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate payment terms and handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or collection management tools.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
