Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Leader to join our dynamic hospitality team. This senior role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, hands‑on management ability, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers an environment where creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement are celebrated.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage venues, ensuring service standards exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for restaurant, bar, and banquet services, aligning them with brand guidelines and local regulations.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of chefs, bartenders, servers, and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and professional growth.
  • Monitor and control costs through effective inventory management, waste reduction, and accurate budgeting.
  • Collaborate with the culinary department to design seasonal menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns that boost revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance analyses, using KPIs such as table turnover, average check, and guest satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, conducting audits and training sessions as needed.
  • Coordinate with the sales and events teams to maximize banquet and function revenue, tailoring service packages to client needs.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on financial performance, staffing levels, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations within hotels or upscale restaurant settings.
  • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role such as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership and team‑building skills, with a track record of coaching staff to achieve high performance.
  • Exceptional guest service orientation and strong communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, including menu engineering and beverage program development.
  • Solid understanding of cost control techniques, inventory management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and industry‑best hygiene practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; hospitality or culinary certifications are a plus.
