Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high‑impact promotional materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and multimedia digital content that align with brand guidelines.
- Design and execute comprehensive communication and branding strategies that strengthen corporate identity and increase market share.
- Oversee the company website and all social‑media platforms, ensuring timely updates, SEO optimization, and engagement metrics are consistently improved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create supportive marketing collateral, drive lead generation, and coordinate integrated campaign roll‑outs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and post‑event analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Lead a small creative team, providing mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (SMA/SMK acceptable with equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, copywriting, and storytelling across various media.
- Proficiency with graphic‑design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable software.
- Deep understanding of social‑media ecosystems, analytics platforms, and current digital‑marketing trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Creative mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
