Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan Lingkungan dan Fasilitas (Environmental & Facilities Cleaning Officer) to join our operations team. This role is pivotal in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and the surrounding community. The successful candidate will be responsible for up‑keeping the hygiene standards of our facilities, ensuring that all areas—from office spaces to outdoor grounds—are spotless and well‑organized.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with other maintenance staff, supervisors, and external service providers to deliver consistent, high‑quality cleaning services. The position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a reliable work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of indoor spaces, including offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain outdoor areas such as parking lots, gardens, pathways, and waste collection points.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of solid waste in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance or safety hazards.
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning agents to ensure continuous availability.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to schedule deep‑cleaning projects and special events.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, incidents, and material usage.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines while working under pressure.
- Provide support during emergency situations, such as spills or unexpected contaminations, by executing rapid response protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum of 0 years of prior experience required (entry‑level welcomed).
