This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities according to the hotel’s quality standards.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure all furnishings, linens, and equipment are in perfect condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring timely restocking and accurate record‑keeping.
- Respond swiftly to guest requests and special service orders, such as extra towels, pillows, or room service items, while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate closely with the front desk, maintenance, and laundry teams to coordinate room turnover schedules and minimize guest wait times.
- Adhere to health, safety, and infection‑control protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and quality‑control audits to continuously improve service standards.
- Assist with deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and seasonal refreshes, as required.
- Maintain a tidy and organized housekeeping work area, ensuring all equipment is stored safely and responsibly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of proven experience as a room attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00).
- Willingness to relocate to Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN); candidates currently residing in the Kalimantan region are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
