Responsibilities
- Perform installation, testing, and calibration of electrical wiring, control units, and diagnostic tools on cars and motorcycles.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including battery checks, lighting systems, and electronic control modules.
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and OEM diagnostic software, then recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all safety protocols (lockout/tagout, PPE) are strictly followed.
- Provide on‑site support to service technicians, explaining complex electrical concepts in clear, non‑technical language.
- Assist in the training of new hires and apprentices, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Track parts inventory, order necessary components, and manage waste disposal according to environmental regulations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging automotive electrical technologies such as hybrid power‑trains, CAN‑bus systems, and advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS).
- Document all work performed in the company’s maintenance management system, ensuring accuracy for warranty and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 37 years old (inclusive) with a minimum education of SMA/SMK, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems is highly preferred; hands‑on experience with motorcycles is a plus.
- Strong commitment to the company’s goals and a willingness to continuously learn about vehicle and motorcycle electrics.
- Passion or hobby related to the automotive world, demonstrating enthusiasm beyond the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with teammates, supervisors, and customers.
- Basic problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for urgent projects.
- Physical stamina to handle tools, lift moderate loads, and work in various garage environments.
