Introduction
PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora is a fast‑growing parking‑management company operating across Indonesia. To support its rapid expansion in the Palangkaraya region, we are looking for an experienced Carpark Manager who can lead a dynamic team, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operational workflow of the Palangkaraya carpark, from entry control to exit verification, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of attendants, security staff, and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, incident logs, and staffing levels.
- Coordinate closely with the site’s property management, local authorities, and vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Implement and monitor safety and security protocols, including surveillance system checks, emergency response drills, and regular equipment maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with a service‑first mindset, turning challenges into opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
- Conduct regular audits of cash handling, ticketing systems, and access control devices to prevent loss and ensure financial integrity.
- Develop and execute training programs for new hires and existing staff on customer service, safety procedures, and use of parking management software.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements that boost efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure all administrative tasks—such as scheduling, payroll coordination, and document filing—are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in parking management, facilities operations, or a comparable service‑industry role.
- Strong leadership qualities with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with senior management, vendors, and the public.
- Physical requirements: minimum height of 170 cm, healthy weight, normal vision, and no visible tattoos or piercings that could affect professional appearance.
- Proficiency in administrative tools and computer applications, especially parking management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer‑service orientation, with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discipline, enforce standards, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Willingness to work a seven‑day schedule (Monday–Sunday) from 08:00 to 17:30, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
