Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure funding opportunities for strategic projects, aligning them with the organization’s growth targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive funding proposals, business cases, and pitch decks for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of emerging financing trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes affecting funding sources.
- Maintain and expand a database of potential investors, institutional partners, and high‑net‑worth clients, leveraging personal networking skills.
- Lead negotiations with banks, venture capital firms, and other financial institutions to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including finance, legal, and operations—to ensure smooth onboarding of new funding streams.
- Prepare regular performance reports, KPI dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress against targets.
- Manage the end‑to‑end funding lifecycle, from initial contact through due diligence, contract execution, and post‑funding monitoring.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to compliance standards, ensuring all funding activities meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing funding, sales, or business development within the banking or financial services industry. Fresh graduates may apply for a junior entry‑level position.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a wide network of clients and stakeholders; a pre‑existing customer database is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a polished and professional appearance.
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and consistently achieve target‑driven results.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (minimum SIM C).
