Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Teknisi Perawatan dan Perbaikan Peralatan Industri to join our rapidly expanding maintenance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all industrial machinery and production line equipment operate at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime and supporting the overall productivity of our manufacturing facilities. This position is based in Indonesia and offers a dynamic work environment where technical expertise, creativity, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including conveyors, pumps, compressors, and CNC machines.
- Diagnose equipment failures quickly, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement effective repair solutions to restore operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventory using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and enforce proper lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and equipment upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance and on‑the‑job training to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s workforce policy).
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; SMK graduates with relevant vocational training are also considered.
- At least 0‑2 years of hands‑on experience in an industrial workshop or maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems used in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, creativity, and an innovative mindset when solving technical problems.
- Effective verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to write clear maintenance reports.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as production demands dictate.
