Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leaseback professional to join our growing team in Tangerang, focusing on the Jaminan Sertifikat Rumah (House Certificate Guarantee) product line. This role is pivotal in driving sales of our property and mortgage solutions through strategic agency development and direct selling initiatives. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for real‑estate marketing, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets for Property/Mortgage products by executing effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and expand a network of independent agents, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with agents to foster loyalty, motivation, and high productivity.
  • Segment agents based on sales potential and tailor support programs to maximize each segment’s performance.
  • Conduct direct‑selling activities, including presentations, product demonstrations, and closing deals with end‑customers.
  • Visit prospective client assets to assess eligibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, market intelligence, and feedback to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in the property or mortgage segment.
  • Licensing & Mobility: Own a valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Professional Traits: High level of discipline, goal‑oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data‑analysis techniques.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
