- Negotiate repayment plans, including one‑time settlements, installment restructuring, or “promise‑to‑pay” agreements, while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Document every interaction in the field, capturing detailed notes, signatures, photographs, and any relevant data points to update the central database.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports that include visit counts, amounts collected, promises secured, and obstacles encountered.
- Achieve or exceed assigned collection targets, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Identify patterns of default that may signal broader risk factors, and relay insights to the credit analytics team for proactive mitigation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, fostering trust and goodwill within the communities served.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including proper handling of personal data and adherence to consumer protection laws.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in collections, sales, or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections calmly.
- Self‑driven attitude, comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict performance metrics.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle to travel across assigned territories.
- Willingness to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability; ability to keep confidential information secure.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data collection tools and Microsoft Office applications for reporting.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary with performance‑based commissions and bonuses.
- Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) for employee and eligible dependents.
- Company‑provided smartphone and GPS‑enabled tablet to streamline field reporting.
- Fuel allowance or mileage reimbursement to offset travel expenses.
- Professional development programs, including training in negotiation techniques, data analytics, and regulatory compliance.
