We are seeking a highly motivated Tutor Bahasa Indonesia Profesional to join our dynamic education team. This full‑time position focuses on delivering engaging Indonesian language instruction to both individual learners and classroom groups. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive Bahasa Indonesia lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Design and administer practice exams, including UH (Ulangan Harian), PAT (Penilaian Akhir Tahun), and PAS (Penilaian Akhir Semester), ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
- Create tailored worksheets, quizzes, and interactive activities that reinforce key grammatical concepts, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
- Conduct regular formative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Produce detailed progress reports and performance analytics for each student, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and recommended next steps.
- Facilitate one‑on‑one tutoring sessions, providing personalized feedback and study plans.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices, develop interdisciplinary projects, and maintain a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain an organized classroom setting, manage attendance records, and adhere to the scheduled work hours of 15:00‑20:00, Monday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Indonesian Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Age limit: 28 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior teaching experience required, though internships or volunteer tutoring are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively both in individual settings and larger classroom environments.
- Strong mastery of Bahasa Indonesia grammar, literature, and contemporary usage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners through interactive methods.
- Proficiency in creating assessment materials and interpreting student data.
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of meeting weekly reporting deadlines.
