Introduction
We are a fast‑growing logistics and courier solutions provider operating across the Greater Jakarta area. To support our expanding network in Kabupaten Bekasi, we are seeking a motivated Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi who will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of our on‑ground couriers. This role is pivotal in ensuring reliable, timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential couriers using a mix of traditional (flyering, community outreach) and digital channels (social media, online classifieds).
- Screen candidates for essential qualifications, including a valid driving license (SIM) and a road‑worthy vehicle that meets company standards.
- Conduct structured interviews, verify documentation, and compile comprehensive candidate profiles.
- Deliver clear onboarding instructions, train new couriers on standard operating procedures (SOP), and ensure proficient use of the company’s mobile dispatch application.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and retention rates; provide regular analytical reports to HR and senior management.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the courier fleet to address performance issues, route optimizations, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with the fraud‑prevention team to detect, investigate, and resolve any irregularities or misconduct in the field.
- Coordinate with operations to align courier availability with peak delivery periods, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Prepare and present weekly recruitment and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, field coordination, or logistics operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse candidates and build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile applications, and basic office software (MS Excel, Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated ability to assess driver qualifications and vehicle compliance.
- Knowledge of fraud detection principles and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail‑oriented documentation and reporting.
- Flexible attitude toward working Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
